How to find your perfect job

It's the end of the year, and maybe you're thinking about your New Year's resolutions. Or thinking about making a career change in 2015.  Maybe you want to follow your passion because your current job is leaving you unfulfilled.

Unfortunately, for most people (96%!), work-related hobbies aren't their passion. Sad, but true. We can't all be pro athletes or famous artistic minds.

So you ignore hobbies that can't be turned into careers. Leave those to your personal life, they'll stay more fun that way, because you won't associate them with work (playing a video game is way more fun than designing one). And turn instead to finding a job that leaves you satisfied and fulfilled. When you look at job ads, do you consider the right factors to determine the "perfect job for me?" Many people focus on the wrong factors, and begin the cycle of dissatisfaction all over again at their next job.

So here are a few things to consider.
